Gov. Mike DeWine has mandated business with JFS during the Covid-19 pandemic be conducted via phone, email, USPS or fax. If you are calling for a SNAP recertification appointment for the months of March, April or May your benefits will be automatically extended for six months. You will receive a notice of your benefits being extended. If your benefits expired March 31, 2020 because you didn’t complete your recertification appointment your benefit will be automatically reopened for six months. If you received a notification for a recertification appointment for the month of April please disregard. Your SNAP benefits will be extended for six months during this state of emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic.
